Roar is the evaluation platform for a graduate medical education
residency program. Faculty record short teaching evaluations of the
residents they work with, residents see their own feedback, and program
leadership tracks who is going unobserved. It is private program
software; accounts are created by program staff and the application is
behind sign-in.
Evaluations are student education records under FERPA, visible only to
the resident they describe and to staff whose role requires access. Roar
holds no patient information. Notifications say that something arrived,
never what it said. No mobile information will be shared with third
parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Roar texts only one-time sign-in codes and short account notices, and
only to people who add their own number and tick a consent checkbox that
is never pre-selected. Message frequency varies; message and data rates
may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
